About The Festival

The Tampa Bay Jewish Food Festival will bring together local (and hopefully some not-so-local) Jewish Agencies for one day to educate the community of their presence and missions, along with craft vendors all will be lined up outside, around our tree lined Temple property.

The at-large community will be invited to share in traditional Jewish foods - everything from a corned beef sandwich to kosher falafel, Passover desserts to chicken soup, and an opportunity to taste and purchase kosher wine for Passover.

There will be hours of Jewish music with choirs from local synagogues performing, a massive tent for eating, and a fun and safe child zone. Educational lectures and demonstrations will enhance the day.

Using food as the excuse, it is our hope to create a feeling of a Jewish community in the Tampa Bay area: Allowing our non-Jewish neighbors to learn and be part of this endeavor and to build connections and bridges amongst local Jewish agencies.
