We would love to have a full, in-person festival again. However, at this point we just don't have the resources to do so. Our previous festivals involved months and months of preparation and an army of temple volunteers. We had over 5,000 people visit our campus over a span of 7 hours back in 2019. Our membership skews a bit older and many of those who may have been able to put in the hours of work both prior to and on the day of the event are no longer able to. So, we live on as the next best alternative, which is the drive-thru event.

Our previous drive-thru events have actually been very successful! We have many people who actually prefer it! We're happy that we can still provide people with the great food that they crave while also bringing in much-needed capital for our temple to continue to operate (this is still a fundraiser, of course!). We understand many people would prefer the full event and we hope that in the future we can offer it again.
