Cantor Ross Wolman

Temple B'nai Israel is proud to welcome Cantor Ross Wolman for a Shabbat filled with song, prayer, and spiritual creativity.  First, Cantor Wolman will join with Student Cantor Iris Karlin to lead our Shabbat evening services on March 8th at 7:00 PM.  We will be experimenting with a few different melodies and opening up our minds to new prayer modalities.  The next morning at 10:00 AM, Cantor Wolman will lead a program, "Prayer for All and Prayer for One," as we will pray, sing, and discuss the contrast of communal versus individual prayer. How do melody and prayer selections change the experience? How can each of us contribute to the whole while cultivating a personal prayer experience?  All of this, Torah, and more, starting with a light nosh. It promises to be a meaningful Shabbat of worship, music, and learning.
