A Note From Jeremy D. Silverman
Our TBI Cantorial Soloist

JeremyS@tbiclearwater.org

I am honored and very excited to be the new Cantorial Soloist at TBI! Thank you to the staff, volunteers, and all congregants for being so warm and welcoming these past two weeks. And wow, I am humbled to be working alongside our new Rabbi Birnholz, who has been so loving and encouraging to me as I also begin a new chapter in my musical and spiritual journey. We have just begun a fresh and invigorating revival at TBI and I am thrilled to be a part of this exhilarating time within the life of our congregation.

Since I was a little boy running around these hallowed halls (like MY children now!), music has been foundational and integral to the life of our congregation. My wish is to be a good steward with the rich history and tradition of the music department of TBI, but also assist in taking it to the next level! Over the next few weeks I will be reaching out to those volunteers who have worked with the music department in the past to ask questions, share some vision, and get to know our team. However, I say from the beginning: all are welcome! If you have a heart and passion for Jewish music and worship then feel free to contact me to start a conversation.

I will use this space to share thoughts on music and worship, provide resources for past/upcoming services, and whatever else (could be random)! I look forward to everything G-d has in store for TBI, and thank you again for the opportunity to serve.
